We've got
answers.

Can  I Track my shipment?

Yes, you can. Once your booking is confirmed, you'll receive an email notification. We'll also send you real-time updates when your shipment is collected and when it has been delivered, including proof of delivery.

What type of information do you need from me to obtain a quote for shipping?

Nature of the Item(s) Being Shipped: (e.g., documents, electronics, perishables).

Weight and Dimensions: of the package.

Pick-up Location and Delivery Destination: Please include postal codes if available.

Desired Delivery Speed: e.g. expedited, economy, or eco-friendly.

Special Handling Requirements: (e.g., refrigeration, fragile, confidential).

Terms of Shipment: Including Incoterms if applicable, which determine the responsibilities of sellers and buyers for the delivery of goods under sales contracts.

What does Full/Part Load mean?

Full Load (FTL - Full Truckload): This refers to a shipment that occupies the entire capacity of a transport vehicle. A full load is typically used when a shipper has enough goods to fill a truck, or when they prefer that their goods are the only ones transported in a vehicle for reasons such as speed, security, or the nature of the cargo. Full load shipments go directly from the point of origin to the destination without any stops to pick up additional cargo, making it a faster and sometimes more cost-efficient option for large shipments.

Part Load (LTL - Less than Truckload): This is used when the shipment does not require the full capacity of a transport vehicle. Multiple shippers' goods are consolidated into a single vehicle, each occupying a portion of the truck. Part load is ideal for smaller shipments that do not need the full space of a truck, offering a cost-effective solution by sharing the transportation costs with other shippers. However, this option may involve longer delivery times due to the additional stops required to pick up and deliver other partial shipments along the route.

Will I have to pay duty tax when importing goods from the EU?

The requirement to pay duty tax when importing goods from the European Union to the UK depends on various factors, including the type of goods, their value, and the specific trade agreements in place at the time of import.

As a result of Brexit, the rules governing trade and duty taxes between the UK and EU have undergone significant changes. For most goods, duty tax may be applicable depending on their classification under the UK's Global Tariff regime.

It is essential to determine the commodity code of your goods to understand the specific duty rate that applies. Additionally, certain goods may qualify for preferential rates or exemptions if they meet the origin rules set out in the UK-EU Trade and Cooperation Agreement.
