OUR APPLICATION PROCESS

Confirmation of receipt

You will receive a response to your application within 3-5 days. Our Talent Acquisition Manager, will be happy to answer any questions you may have.

Initial interview

The initial interview is usually a video call with a colleague. We take the time for us to get to know each other and get a first impression. We will naturally answer your questions about us and the position you are applying for so you have a clear picture or your role with us.

Professional interview(s)

Interviews are preferably held on-site at our offices with the hiring manager and other team members. These are great opportunities to get to know each other even better and to explore the open position in more depth. These interviews will help us make our final decision.

Contract interview & offer

A Manager will discuss the contract and final details with you to prepare our journey together. If successful - and both parties are a good fit, you'll receive a formal offer. On receipt of confirmation of the agreed terms you'll receive a welcome pack and a Manager will outline the onboarding appropriate to ensure a smooth start to your career at Genus.
